This session explores practical tools, strategies, and local experiences that enhance urban and municipal resilience in response to climate change. Panelists from the City of Malmö, SALAR International, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities (SKR), and Sweco will present real-world approaches to addressing climate risks through citizen participation, inclusive governance, social policies and technical innovation. The session aims to facilitate knowledge exchange between technical experts and local governments, promote holistic and inclusive planning practices, and foster partnerships that strengthen climate resilience at the local level
