SUMMARY OF THE SESSION
To provide an interactive space for mayors and senior city officials to share initiatives, learn about and discuss innovative governance frameworks that support and enhance co-creation processes within cities and city-regions. This workshop will empower participants to identify best practices and strategies, embrace design thinking as well as digital solutions that address local challenges and facilitate the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
KEY OBJECTIVES
- Presenting effective multilateral governance models and co-creation practices from Arab and European cities.
- Showcasing best practices that enhance stakeholder engagement in local governance.
- Facilitating collaboration among city officials to foster exchange experiences.
- Presenting actionable recommendations to strengthen local governance and advance the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
